BSA has updated the Annual Health and Medical (Nov. 2010) forms. More information and the forms can be found on the Scouting Safety section of the national site.
The update forms include information for Philmont and the other high adventure camps.
Packs should be using this form (Family Camping for example). Part C of the form is related to a physical. Please review the form on when this is needed. Packs may find it useful to download the PDF of Parts A and B instead of the larger PDF that includes high adventure information. |

To all Scouts and Scouters,
After a little more than 3 years as your District Advancement Chair, I have decided to pursue another position of responsibility within the District. I want to thank all of you for your help and support throughout my tenure as the District Advancement Chair. I thoroughly enjoyed working with all of you and especially working with all of the Eagle candidates.
Mr. Michael Perdue has accepted the Advancement Chair's position, and has been approved by the District Committee. Michael has many years of experience in Scouting and will be a great asset to the committee. I ask that you give him the same help and support that you have given me, which will subsequently make all of us successful.
The FRONTIER TRAILS DISTRICT Eagle Flow Sheet (2010), FT-2010 Eagle Scout Questionnaire, and the EAGLE SCOUT LEADERSHIP SERVICE PROJECT Check List has been updated and published under Eagle Documents in the Advancement section of this website. Please be sure to review these documents because they contain important updates.

Attention all Scouts and Scouters!!
In the Advancement catagory under Eagle Documents, you will find an updated Frontier Trails District Eagle Candidate Flow Sheet. This document contains updated website locations for the new Eagle Scout Rank Application and Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Workbook along with updated instructions regarding Eagle candidate references.
The newest Eagle Scout Rank Application and Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Workbook have also been added, along with an updated Eagle Candidate Reference Letter.
